Mexa até engrossar. Desligue e adicione a baunilha ou raspas de limão e o creme de leite (sem soro). Mexa para se agregarem. Coloque em um refratário e reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;MASSA E MONTAGEM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;Em um recipiente, coloque a farinha, a margarina e o açúcar. Misture com as mãos até obter uma massa lisa e homogênea. Espalhe a massa sobre uma assadeira redonda e de fundo falso (não precisa untar). Faça furos sobre ela com auxilio de um garfo. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido 200°C por 15 minutos. Retire do forno e distribua o creme, sobre ele morangos cortados ao meio e a cobertura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;COBERTURA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;Em uma panela, coloque a água, a gelatina e o polvilho. Junte o frango e o alho-poró, e refogue mexendo às vezes, por uns três minutos. Adicione o curry e a farinha de trigo, misturando bem. Acrescente o caldo de galinha, e cozinhe por mais cinco minutos, mexendo sempre. Junte o leite de coco e ferva por uns cinco minutos ou até obter um molho cremoso. Tempere com sal e pimenta e salpique com as  castanhas de caju.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5212176735737420594" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_LSebvl1hmGQ/SFVfIDgvGzI/AAAAAAAABIM/orpHmzw-C3M/s400/Imagem+150.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;Farofa de maracujá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;500 g de farinha de mandioca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;2 cebolas médias, em fatias finas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;100 g de manteiga &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;1 xícara (chá) de castanha de caju &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;2 maracujás, azedo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;sal e pimenta do reino, a gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;Abra os maracujás e coloque a polpa dentro de uma peneira. Coloque um prato sob a peneira para não desperdiçar o suco. Com uma colher, esfregue as sementes contra a peneira, retirando a casca que envolve as sementes. Reserve o suco e as sementes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;Leve uma panela média ao fogo baixo. Acrescente a manteiga, a cebola e deixe fritar até dar uma leve dourada. Acrescente as sementes do maracujá e refogue por mais 1 minuto. Coloque a farinha de mandioca, o suco de maracujá e as castanhas de caju. Mexa por 2 minutos e tempere com sal e pimenta do reino. Cada almoço espetacular.&lt;br /&gt;No penúltimo evento ela fez esta salada que é divinamente divina.&lt;br /&gt;Nunca havia comido salada de trigo desta forma com os grãos inteiros. Esta carne fica muito suculenta e de longe lembra o molho madeira. Para mim, o sabor desta carne é bem mais forte que a do molho madeira. A primeira vez que provei do sabor desta carne foi quando meu irmão mais velho fez aqui em casa para nós. Chegou todo animado falando de uma carne que aprendeu a fazer e que queria que provássemos.&lt;br /&gt;Aprovei no primeiro instante e repito-a sempre que possível.&lt;br /&gt;Para quem estiver sem ideia e com vontade de fazer uma carne especial para o almoço, aí vai.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 kg de file Mignon (Pode usar fraldinha)&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho amassados&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de creme de cebola&lt;br /&gt;2 tomates picados sem as sementes.&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara (chá) de água&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de cerveja preta&lt;br /&gt;2 cebolas médias picadas&lt;br /&gt;Cheiro verde se desejar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em uma panela de pressão, doure o alho e refogue a carne, coloque o creme de cebola e a cerveja e a xícara de água, com exceção das cebolas.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao fogo por cerca de 30 minutos ou até que a carne fique macia.&lt;br /&gt;Retire do fogo, espere sair a pressão, acrescente as cebolas e cozinhe com a panela destampada por mais 10 minutos. que na verdade do site da amiga &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.umbigonofogao.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#cc6600;"&gt;Dani.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ficaram fofinhos e deliciosos.&lt;br /&gt;Na receita original pedia para colocar iogurte integral; como não tinha em casa coloquei leite integral.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;* 1 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;* 1 colher de sobremesa de fermento&lt;br /&gt;* 2 colheres de chá de raspas laranja&lt;br /&gt;* 1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;* 2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;* 1 pote de iogurte integral ( 200g.) - &lt;em&gt;Coloquei 1 xícara de leite integral.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 1/4 de xícara de manteiga derretida&lt;br /&gt;* 1/4 de xícara de mini lascas de cacau ou chocolate granulado&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;Em um recipiente, misture, manualmente, a farinha, o açúcar, o fermento e as raspas de laranja. O vinagre dá um toque ácido ao molho. A pimenta calabresa é aquela vermelha, moída, com sementinhas, facilmente encontrada em supermercados. É uma delícia e vale a pena fazer para complementar o menu do dia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 2 espigas de milho;&lt;br /&gt;* 1 colher de sopa cheia de margarina;&lt;br /&gt;*1 cebola pequena picada;&lt;br /&gt;* 1 xícara (café) de água&lt;br /&gt;* 1/2 litro de leite;&lt;br /&gt;* 1 tablete de caldo de galinha;&lt;br /&gt;* 1 e 1/2 colher de amido de milho;&lt;br /&gt;* 100 g de mussarela em cubos;&lt;br /&gt;* sal a gosto e noz moscada ralada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refogue a cebola e o milho na margarina, adicione a água, tampe e deixe cozinhar por alguns minutos. Entre os pratos preparados o que perfumou toda casa e aguçou nosso paladar foi a Chandanga com copa defumado. Nossa, como foi difícil esperar até a hora de pôr a mesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 kg de carne bovina Chandanga (Coxão duro) em pedaços.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;200 g de copa defumado em fatias.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Caldo de 2 laranjas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 Tablete de caldo de carne.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ervas finas (Salsa desidratada, orégano e pimenta calabresa).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 colheres de sopa de óleo de soja.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 dente de alho amassado.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;1cebola grande cortada em rodelas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;PREPARO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aqueça a panela de pressão, adicione o óleo e o alho. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Adicione as fatias de copa e deixem dar uma leve dourada.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acrescente os pedaços da Chandanga, mexa rapidamente para dar uma leve refogada, adicione o caldo das duas laranjas, as ervas finas e o tablete de caldo de carne. Tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar por cerca de 35 a 45 minutos. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBS: O tempo de cozimento pode variar de acordo com a potência do fogo e a qualidade da panela de pressão, portanto, o que mais valerá neste momento será o seu oufato aguçado.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Após o cozimento acrescente as rodelas de cebola, despeje a carne em um refratário e leve a mesa. O livro das crianças trazia como proposta a confecção de um bolo do cenoura, então distribuí os ingredientes entre os alunos para que todos pudessem colaborar.&lt;br /&gt;Confesso que fiz o bolo com um pouco de receio, temendo que o resultado não fosse tão satisfatório pois ouvia as pessoas dizer que nem todo mundo tinha a mão boa para fazer bolo de cenoura.&lt;br /&gt;Bom, não podia desanimar naquela hora, pois os ingredientes já estavam reunidos e a garotada morrendo de vontade de degustar o resultado final.&lt;br /&gt;Foi aí que tive uma ideia! No momento da confecção do bolo, fui chamando aluno por aluno para adicionar seu ingrediente no liquidificador.&lt;br /&gt;Percebia que enquanto as crianças adicionavam os ingredientes, satisfação e alegria brotava na face de cada um, os olhinhos chegavam a brilhar.&lt;br /&gt;Preparamos a massa e levamos para assar. Nossa... você tinham que ver minha cara quando retirei o bolo do forno. Estava simplesmente belo e perfeito, havia crescido e ficado fofinho.&lt;br /&gt;Joguei a calda sobre o bolo, reuni a turma e juntos degustamos o melhor bolo de cenoura que havia comido até aquele momento. Parecia que dávamos mordidas em doces pedaços de nuvens.&lt;br /&gt;Hoje, quando estou a fim de preparar um lanche rápido para a molecada, não penso em outra saída a não ser bolo de cenoura.&lt;br /&gt;Fácil, prático e verdadeiramente gostoso. As minhas sobrinhas amam!&lt;br /&gt;Anotem aí:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;4 ovos xícara de óleo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;3 ou 4 cenouras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;2 xícaras de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;2 xícaras de farinha de trigo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;1 colher de fermento em pó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;PREPARO:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No copo do liquidificador bata os ovos as cenouras raladas e o óleo. Reserve.A parte misture a farinha o açúcar ,o fermento e adicione à mistura do liquidificador mexendo com a colher até ficar bem agregado. Coloque na assadeira e leve ao forno por 30 minutos.Retire do forno e regue com a seguinte calda:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;5 colheres de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;2 colheres de manteiga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;2 colheres de chocolate em pó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;2 colheres de leite.&lt;br /&gt;Deixe ferver essa mistura, mexendo sempre e coloque sobre o bolo....&lt;br /&gt;Hummmmm!!!! Foi aí que resolvi buscar a receita e confeccionar um.&lt;br /&gt;Numa bela manhã de domingo, saltei da cama, tomei meu café, me arrumei e fui a feira com minha cunhada para comprar bananas.&lt;br /&gt;A tarde reuni todos os ingredientes e coloquei em ação uma receita que consegui em um blog.&lt;br /&gt;Recebi vários elogios da família que em fração de segundos devoraram todo bolo entre goles de café fresco.&lt;br /&gt;Para você que ficou com vontade de degustar esta gostosura, aí vai:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTES&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 bananas nanicas, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 ovos grandes inteiros,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;¾ xíc. de óleo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 colher de chá de canela em pó.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 xíc. de farinha de trigo branco, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 xíc. de açúcar mascavo,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 xíc. de açúcar branco,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;½ xíc. de granola,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PREPARO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bata no liquidificador os quatro primeiro ingredientes por cerca de 5 minutos até a massa ficar homogênea, transfira a massa para uma tigela e acrescente o restante dos ingredientes. Misture muito bem com uma colher de pau e coloque mais uma colher (chá) de canela em pó.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 200º (ou na temperatura em que costuma assar seus bolos, já percebi que fornos são muito temperamentais!!!) em forma untada e enfarinhada. Usei uma forma redonda sem furo no meio. O ponto é aquele do teste do palito: quando inserido no bolo deve sair sequinho. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Abusei um pouquinho e fiz uma calda de banana com canela. Para mim, ficou um pouquinho doce. Caso você queira fazer o mesmo, sugiro que diminua o açúcar do bolo. A calda ficou divina.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Para a calda usei: 2 xíc. (chá) de açúcar2 xíc. (chá) água fria2 bananas-nanicas. Misture o açúcar em 1 xícara (chá) de água fria. Leve ao fogo, mexendo de vez em quando. Quando adquirir cor de caramelo, acrescente mais 1 xícara (chá) de água.Continue mexendo até a calda adquirir ponto de fio. O único problema é que suja um bocadinho de louça!&lt;br /&gt;A receita original tirei deste &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://carlapinheiro.blogspot.com/2007/12/o-bolo-mgico.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;blog&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; que tem umas receitas ótimas em lista de espera para eu experimentar!&lt;br /&gt;Aqui fica...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Açúcar para o caramelo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o bolo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de chá de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;150g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara e meia de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa rasa de fermento&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara de chocolate em pó&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara de leite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o pudim:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;2 latas de leite normal (a lata medida é a do leite condensado)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PREPARAÇÃO:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ligar o forno a 180ºC. Colocar um tabuleiro (eu tenho 2 formas redondas sem buraco: usei a mais pequena para fazer o bolo e a maior para pôr a água) com água a ferver, uma vez que o bolo-pudim vai cozer em banho-maria. Barrar uma forma redonda sem buraco com caramelo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bolo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bater o açúcar com os 3 ovos inteiros. Adicionar a manteiga derretida e mexer novamente. Juntar a farinha, o chocolate, o fermento e a meia xícara de leite. Bater bem. Derramar a mistura na forma sobre o caramelo e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pudim:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bater muito bem todos os ingredientes no liquidificador ao mesmo tempo e deitar sobre a massa do bolo. É nesta altura que a massa do bolo "engole" o pudim e este sim fica em contacto com o caramelo... isto tem certamente uma explicação química!&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao forno e cozer em banho-maria cerca de uma hora. Desenformar depois de esfriar completamente.
